How Do I Find my Boarding Pass?

We sent on your boarding pass details and you cannot find them. Here is what to do next.

If you have misplaced your boarding pass prior to your holiday, do not worry at all.

We have all of the details available for you so that you can go on your holiday without a care in the world.

To find your boarding pass you have two main options available to you.

 

Option 1:

  • Email your Customer Care Rep
    • Your Customer Care Rep will be assigned as soon as you confirm your booking.
    • This Customer Care Rep is available to you should you have any questions regarding anything from your holiday details, booking confirmations, activities, fellow Community Members etc.
    • Email your Customer Care Rep and all you need to say is that you have misplaced your boarding pass or confirmation details. We do not need any more information.
    • Our Customer Care Reps have all of your confirmation details, booking details etc. on hand so we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Option 2:

  • Log into the Holiday Booking Portal
    • Log in to your SunAndSeaMe Holiday Portal
    • Your Username and Details will have been provided to you when you set up your account.
    • Click the Account Option
    • Choose My Holiday
    • Choose Boarding Passes
    • You can do any of the following:
      • Save your Boarding Pass to your mobile device
      • Save a PDF copy of your Boarding Pass
      • Print a copy of your Boarding Pass
